Benito Tiamzon et Wilma Austria, deux membres du Parti Communiste des Philippines, ont été arrêtés par les forces de sécurités militaires le 22 mars 2014. Ils sont deux symboles de la lutte révolutionnaire contre le régime de ce pays dominé par l’impérialisme US.
Arrestations d’autant plus scandaleuse que Benito et Wilma sont détenteurs de lettres de reconnaissance du gouvernement des Philippines indiquant "La personne susnommée a droit aux garanties de sécurité et d’immunité tel que prévu par l’accord conjoint sur la sécurité et les garanties d’immunité (JASIG) pour la durée des négociations de paix. Vous êtes tenu de faciliter la conduite en toute sécurité de la personne ci-dessus nommé ".
Cette arrestation montre bien que le gouvernement philippin bafoue lui même ses propres règles en commettant cette arrestation illégale aux yeux de sa justice bourgeoise.
L’OCML Voie Prolétarienne exige la libération de Benito Tiamzon et Wilma Austria ainsi que de tous les prisonniers politiques philippins.
Alors que la NPA (New People’s Army – Nouvelle Armée Populaire), dirigée par le Parti Communiste des Philippines, a fêté son 45ème anniversaire le 29 mars 2014 dans toute l’archipel et à travers le monde, l’OCML Voie Prolétarienne souhaite plein succès au PCP et à la NPA dans son combat pour la libération nationale et sociale des Philippines.

Benito Tiamzon and Wilma Austria, two members of the Philippines’ Communist Party were arrested by the military forces on the 22 march 2014. Both,icons of the revolutionary fight againt the regime of this country dominated by US imperialism.
Arrests much more scandalous as Benito and Wilma are holders of letters of gratitude of Filipino governement indicating " The above person is entitled to the guarantees of safety and immunity such as foreseen by the joint agreement on the safety and the guarantees of immunity ( JASIG) For a period of the peace negotiations. You are anxious to facilitate the behaviour safely of the person above named "
This arrest really highlight the fact that the Filipino government scoffs even at its own rules by committing this illegal arrest in the eyes of its bourgeois justice.
The MLCO Proletarian Way demands the liberation of Benito Tiamzon and Wilma Austria as well as all the Philippine political prisoners.
While the NPA (New People’s Army ), ruled by the Communist Party of the Philippines, celebrated its 45th birthday on March 29th, 2014 in all the archipelago and all across the world, the MLCO Proletarian Way wishes full success ofthe PCP and the NPA in its fight for the national and social liberation of the Philippines.
