Free Benito Tiamzon and Wilma Austria !

Benito Tiamzon and Wilma Austria, two members of the Philippines’ Communist Party were arrested by the military forces on the 22 march 2014. Both,icons of the revolutionary fight againt the regime of this country dominated by US imperialism.
Arrests much more scandalous as Benito and Wilma are holders of letters of gratitude of Filipino governement indicating " The above person is entitled to the guarantees of safety and immunity such as foreseen by the joint agreement on the safety and the guarantees of immunity ( JASIG) For a period of the peace negotiations. You are anxious to facilitate the behaviour safely of the person above named "

This arrest really highlight the fact that the Filipino government scoffs even at its own rules by committing this illegal arrest in the eyes of its bourgeois justice.

The MLCO Proletarian Way demands the liberation of Benito Tiamzon and Wilma Austria as well as all the Philippine political prisoners.

While the NPA (New People’s Army ), ruled by the Communist Party of the Philippines, celebrated its 45th birthday on March 29th, 2014 in all the archipelago and all across the world, the MLCO Proletarian Way wishes full success ofthe PCP and the NPA in its fight for the national and social liberation of the Philippines.
